Privacy Policy

Blueprint X Labs Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Blueprint,” “Key,” “key.ai,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) regarding your use of our web services, bots and mobile applications, specifically including each community or event you create as a Host or Join as a Member or visit as a prospective Member (collectively the “Service”).
This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and disclose Personal Information when you use our web services, bots, mobile applications, and participate in communities or events (collectively, the ‘Service’). It does not govern how your content is used or other terms of service—please refer to our Terms of Service.

1. Information Collection and Use
While using our Service, we may collect personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that can be used to contact or identify you. In addition to your name and email, we may collect other information including, but not limited to, your phone number, IP address, payment information, and any other data provided during your use of the Service.
 We collect and use your Personal Information solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. Third-Party Services and Data Collection
We use various third-party services to enhance our Service and collect data about your usage. These include:

  1. PostHog
  2. Microsoft Clarity
  3. Google Analytics
  4. DataDog
  5. Google Services (including Google Cloud and Google GeminiI)
  6. Apple Services
  7. OpenAI
  8. Firebase
  9. Stripe (for payment processing)

We partner with these services to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, session replay, and other analytics tools to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising.
Key uses and transfers information received from Google APIs to any other app in adherence to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party services, as their practices are not governed by this policy.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use “cookies” and similar technologies to collect information. Cookies are small files with data that are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your computer’s hard drive. We use both session and persistent cookies for the following purposes:

  • Essential cookies: These are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems.
  • Performance cookies: These allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of our site.
  • Functional cookies: These enable the website to provide enhanced functionality and personalization.
  • Targeting cookies: These may be set through our site by our advertising partners to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant adverts on other sites.

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, please note that if you choose not to accept cookies, some parts of our Service may not be accessible.

4. Sharing of Personal Data
We do not sell your personal data. We may only share personal data with third-party services for the purposes listed above, such as analytics and payment processing. We may share your personal data with third parties as follows:

  • If you are the host of an event or community, we will share your personal data with your guests or members of the community.
  • When you register for an event or community, we will share your personal data with the event host or creator.
  • When you purchase a ticket for an event, tip a host, or donate or buy a subscription of a community, we will share relevant information with Stripe, our payment processor.
  • We may share data with the third-party services listed in Section 2 for analytics and service improvement purposes.

We will make it clear to you throughout the Service when we share your personal data with third parties. Please note that we have no control over how these third parties use your personal data.

5. Your Choices and Rights

A. Join Key Communities and Events you trust You decide which Key Community or Event you want to join. You also decide whether you trust your Host with the information sharing described in this policy.

B. A Creator can choose to make a Community or an Event Public, Private or Paid. These settings affect the visibility of your information:

  • In Public Events or Community, all Visitors can see your profile, content, and activity.
  • In Private Events or Community, only Members can see profiles, content, and activity.
  • In Paid Events or Community, only paying Members can access profiles, content, and activity.

C. Adjust your notification settings In your account settings, you can control the frequency, type, and mode of notifications you receive through the Service.

D. Opt out of email You can opt-out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link provided in each email.

E. Opt out of analytics and advertising We provide information on how to opt out of Google Analytics, behavioral advertising, and other tracking methods.

F. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track We respect Global Privacy Control signals where required by law. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

G. Mobile Advertising ID Controls iOS and Android operating systems provide options to limit tracking and/or reset advertising IDs.

6. Account Termination
You can leave one or more of your Key Networks or delete your account. Upon leaving, we stop collecting your Personal Data for that Network.

7. Children’s Privacy
Key does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the Service or submit any Personal Data.
If we learn that we have collected Personal Data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information. Parents who believe their child’s information has been collected can contact us to request deletion on support@key.ai 

8. Links to Third-Party Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

9. Integrated Services
We allow you to integrate third-party services like social media platforms. When you use these Integrated Services, we may share and receive information as described in this policy.

10. Security of Your Personal Data
We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption and secure access controls, to protect your data wherever possible. However, no method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure.

11. International Data Transfers
Our Service is provided from within the United States. If you are located outside the United States, your Personal Data is being transferred to, stored, used, and shared in the United States. 
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we comply with legal mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses for transferring personal data internationally

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
Significant changes may include alterations in how we handle Personal Data or changes in legal obligations. We will provide a notice of any significant changes before they become effective.
